Muve exists to guide grounded women through their next era with agency, self awareness and wellness that supports their whole human.

About Muve

Movement. Mindset. Habits - for real life

Muve exists to support women in moving forward with clarity, strength, and self-trust.

It’s built on the belief that meaningful change happens when movement, thinking, and daily habits are addressed together, not in isolation, and not through extremes or quick fixes.

Muve is for women who are no longer interested in starting over or chasing perfection. Instead, it offers a grounded, evidence-informed approach that respects autonomy, real life, and the complexity of being human.

At its core, Muve is about building a way of living that feels steady, capable, and sustainable, one step at a time.

Meet The Founder

I’m Sasha, an Exercise Physiologist, researcher, and the founder of Muve.

Muve was born from a turning point in my own life. After being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in my early 20s, I had to relearn how to live in my body, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. That experience reshaped how I understood health, movement, and resilience.

Professionally, my background sits at the intersection of exercise science, behaviour change, and chronic disease management. I’ve worked in clinical and research settings, particularly within cardiac rehabilitation and back pain, and I bring an evidence-based, practical lens to everything I do.

At the same time, I understand that real change doesn’t happen in textbooks alone. It happens in the day-to-day, in routines, decisions, habits, and how supported someone feels while navigating them.

Now, through Muve, I work with women to build strength, clarity, and self-trust helping them to move, think, and live in ways that support their whole health.

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and realistic. I don’t believe in rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans. I believe in coaching that adapts to the person in front of me, and supports progress that lasts.
