Muve exists to guide grounded women through their next era with agency, self awareness and wellness that supports their whole human.
This isn’t about Reinvention. It’s about Reclamation.
This isn’t for the women in their ‘Finding Themselves’ Phase..
Muve isn’t for the version of you just starting out. It’s not for the girl making moodboards and manifesting a better life without facing what’s already been lived. This is for the woman who’s already familiar with adversity.
You don’t need another quick-fix routine or surface level affirmations that scream ‘spiritual bypass’. You need real tools and real support. You need a space that knows you’re done with the reliving and the trauma dumping. A space that know you’re ready to take back control and start paving a new path.
At Muve, we don’t do surface. We do self respect. We do self leadership. We do what’s next, not what’s been.
Muve exists to guide grounded women through their next era with agency, self awareness and wellness that supports their whole human.
You’ve not in your ‘finding yourself’ phase, you’re here to take agency back over your life, health and self. Muve isn’t here to fix you. It’s here to remind you that you’re still in control.
This isn’t about just coping anymore, it’s about reclaiming your body, mind and your life in real time. We support women who are done waiting for life to ‘go back to normal.’ Because the new normal? It's defined by you.
Through immersive events and self-mastery coaching that prioritises a whole-human approach, Muve supports you to come home to yourself; stronger, sharper and more certain than ever.
Meet The Founder
I’m Sasha, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Clincial Researcher and the founder of muve.
Muve was born from a turning point in my own story. After a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis in my early 20s, I chose to relearn how to live in my body. Not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. That experience shifted everything: how I moved, how I healed, and how I showed up for myself.
Now, I help others do the same.
My work blends evidence-based tools with whole-human support. With my background in research, behaviour change and exercise for chronic disease, I guide women through their next chapter with agency, clarity, and self-leadership at the core.
