    All options follow the same training philosophy, the difference is the level of in-person contact.

  • Yes. Every client receives an individualised approach based on their goals, experience, lifestyle, injuries and capacity. There are no generic plans or one-size-fits-all programs.

  • We don’t provide meal plans. Instead, we support sustainable nutrition habits with the option to be referred to our preferred nutritionist.

  • Yes. Many clients start in-person or hybrid and transition to online coaching as their confidence grows. Your coaching can adapt as your needs change.

  • We have a minimum of 12 weeks commitment to the coaching process. This ensures we have ample time to make adaptions, find a routine that works for you and see results.
